Went Skydiving.

Let me begin by stating that I'm afraid of heights and flying

but I have always said that given the opportunity I would try it. So when my girlfriend became interested in it, i booked this great adventure. After signing and initialing a 20 page document filled with "death", "killed" and "relinquishing" not being used sparingly we had about a 2 minute demonstration then we got geard up.

Boarding the small plane and sitting crotch to butt wasn't weird enough but I couldn't get over how comfortable Ludwig, the creepy old man in front of me, was snuggling up into me. We spooned. I think he's pregnant.

After 20 minutes we leveled off at 13,500 ft. which is a little over 2.5 miles above the earth, the door opened and everyone, including Ludwig jumped out of the damn plane! Now it was our turn. My gf, who would like to remain nameless, asked to go last to make sure I would actually jump so my instructor shuffled me to the door. I didn't feel afraid at ay moment, it was more excitement and this overwhelming sense of being a man, a man like Rambo.

Falling out of the plane was the most exhilarating 65 seconds of my life. My brain could not process what was really happening, it felt like a dream. After a few seconds i noticed my lungs feeling the same way. I couldn't breath! I guess when you're moving at 150mph air breath is pretty tough.
